No, It does not need to be bigger. Ha, Ha. I think that she need a second one that matches the first one and the pair would look good together in her room. The ribbon rack looks real nice loaded, so get busy and build a second one for her if you have time. From the smile on her face she really likes it. I think the picture of her with the ribbons on the rack that you built her made your day.
