How frequently do you align your table saw (rip fence, blade, etc.)?

Don’t own a table saw.
Unfortunately, my table saw is such a heap (http://www.kaboodle.com/reviews/the-home-depot-ryobi-bts15-10-in.-portable-table-saw) that it’s a constant struggle to set it up. I struggle to get it square and right, but after making a few cuts it’s all out of whack again.
Oh, to have a proper table saw that only needs to be set up or tuned up once a year or even once a project…
